Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the language learning service (the "Service") provided by Lexus AI Solutions Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the web-based language learning platform and related supplementary services provided by the Company.
2. "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Content" refers to learning materials, sentences, translations, quizzes, and other information provided through the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendments)

1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service, and by using the Service, users agree to be bound by them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope permitted by applicable laws, and amended Terms take effect upon notice within the Service.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

1. The Company provides the following services:
   • Shape-based Korean sentence building learning system
   • AI-powered sentence analysis and correction service
   • EN-KR-JP multilingual learning content (idioms, expressions, etc.)
   • Other learning-related services as determined by the Company
2. The Service is available 24/7 in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance or other reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

1. Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using the Service.
2. Users may not commercially exploit or provide to third parties any information obtained through the Service without the Company's prior consent.
3. Users must not engage in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Service.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

1. Copyright and intellectual property rights for Content included in the Service belong to the Company.
2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, or otherwise use the Service's Content without the Company's prior consent.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or telecommunications provider outages.
2. AI-based analysis results are for reference only, and the Company does not fully guarantee their accuracy.
3. Users are solely responsible for how they apply knowledge gained through the Service.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Disputes regarding these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. In case of litigation related to the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
